We will initiate a remote desktop connection (with your permission) to your desktop.
What is needed to make it all work
What is not included
To enable us to support you online:-
You will need to install 2 programs one is the remote application (you have control on access) and system monitoring if you want auto remote diagnosis and notifications (hardware o/s only no access to personal information)
• Training on how to use windows or programs.
(we can give pricing for that)
• Specialist programs that are not normal business applications. (We do have experience with some. Enquire on available support for these apps)
Ok, so how much does this cost?
£25† per month. If you decide to go for an annual payment you only pay for 10 months that is equivalent to £20.83† per month
